Hi,
I have recently got on to XP and never worked with multiple users before. I
was advised to set up all users as administrators upon the first
installation. I have since loaded on some additional programs like Office
2003 but some of these do not appear on the other users "All Programs" list
and I am unable to create shorcut on their desktops. all programs loaded
since the original setup ALL show on my profile OK.

How can I fix this?

Thank you

Ronnie C.

I'm not sure what you mean by "unable to create shortcuts on their
desktops". However, from an account with Administrative privileges
right-click on the Start button and choose "Explore All Users". Now you
will get the two-paned Explorer view and you'll see all the users'
Start Menus. Just copy whatever shortcuts you want to whatever menus
you want.
