Zintro error when entering game rooms

I have tried everything possible with help to get into the zone game rooms ,
I keep getting a secerity error zintro.cab34246.cab next step i was told was
to re download internet explorer..i cant even do that becasue it says im all
updated HELP!!!!! pls ty

I doubt it's an IE problem.

Search for, and delete the file zintro.cab34246.cab wherever it exists.
Then open Internet Properties, General tab, click the Settings button,
"View Objects" button, right-click Zintro, click Update, try the Zone
again. If that doesn't help, go in again, right-click Zintro, click
Remove, try the Zone again.
