It will all fit, Although i'm not sure on the size of your card but that case supports up to 400mm cards if you remove a HDD bay

Not all games will utilize the 4 threads, but it's always worth checking the bios and enabling multi core support/virtualization or anything that might indicate cpu performance boosting.

Make sure that all of the connectors are actually plugged in properly on the card itself.

Turn the grass to the minimum, lower the distance scaling, Post FX down, Shadows down, Tessellation off, Water minimum, reflection quality low and turn off ambient occlusion.
