1920x1080 ultra pre sets, 100% resolution scale.

Usage never goes over 65% on the CPU and the gpu is sitting around 60% usage the temps are 65 for gpu and 50 for CPU I have liquid cooling btw

How's cod 4's optimization? Last time I played that game I was on a Q8200 2.1ghz, gt120 1gb, 8gb ddr2? I was able to play it at 720p 60fps, should my r9 295x2 be able to use both gpu's?

Ok I'm back looking at the CPU usage right now, my fx 8320 has one core core 8 reaching 80-95% load while the other cores are well into the mid 30's gpu usage is below 50% and the core clock is not at 1018mhz like it's supposed to be, instead it sits at 890mhz what can I do?

The gpu usage is well below 50% when the frame drops happen also the CPU never goes above 60% usage on a single core at a time while the drops happen or when I'm getting full fps, the temps are giving me 50c on the CPU and 60c on the gpu don't think it's a overheat issue

It's not overheating, CPU usage is at 60% max on a core at a time, also got usage is around 50%, I have talked to many people and they said the game is just horribly optimized for amd cards and CPUs but honestly it's been 7 months
