If the RX 5700 XT is in the price range of the 2060 Super, then without a doubt, the 5700 xt. However between the 5700 and 2060 Super, I'd go for 2060 Super if they were similarly priced. They are pretty much equal when it comes to performance, trading blows in various titles.

Zotac AMP has slightly higher clock speeds than the Twin Fan version, and it's kinda the same for other models too with higher price tag. They come with better cooling, binned chips. ALmost not worth it unless you plan to OC. MSI Ventus XS OC is a nice card, you could get that.

Get whichever has the best warranty in your place and the cheapest one as they will perform roughly the same way, unless you planning on overclocking. For US it's EVGA, for where I live, it's Zotac.
