I bought the rx 6500 xt because it's cheap, but it doesn't have and encoder and the cpu isn't that great at it either.
My question is, If i connect my old gpu through a riser x1 to x16, does the second gpu have to be connected to a monitor to encode video?

I know this problem has been pointed out a few times, and that there isn't much of difference between x4 and x16, but it's something that really bothers me.
I tried reseating the gpu, blow the dust (compressed air), updated the bios, drivers, bios settings but nothing worked.

I know it can be just beacouse the mic is bad, but i have friends that have worse mics and those don't do that
I set my mic from obs and discord to pick sound only under 32dcb and now i can't be heard , when i set it at 40dcb i can speak...

So, in almost any game that I am playing it has to lag, and I mean a lot, ex. : CSGO (lowest settings) 170FPS=lag GTA V (lowest settings) 80+ FPS= almost like playing from my phone(if you understand)...
I just changed my RAM from 4GB to 16GB
The pc works fine but sometimes the monitor shows "no signal" then black screen and the monitor is fine again
After some time this happens again
Any ideas ?

And on the memory support list i cannot find those sticks Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4, 2x8GB, 2400 MHz, CL 16
It should be compatible looking at the specs and i don't know what to do.
