    The power supply should give enough power for both of your hard drive and RAM, because they doesn't need much. My suspect is your RAM's problem, what RAM do you have there?] EDIT : How much watts can your power supply provide?

    faulty hardware, you should try RMA back to where you get it.

    you should lower the voltage, to decrease heat output. You should really get an aftermarket cooler for it, i would highly recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus. EDIT : Ambient temperature effects your system's temperature.

    Is it safe to say cpu is bad?

    This CPU is bad for gaming, i prefer using CPU with at least 4cores to game on.
