The Problem most probably is with you CPU cooler try reinstalling it but if that doesn't work check the whole cooling system on your PC

If you don't have another system to check it'd be better to go to a servicing shop and identify the problem first as it could be literally anything (monitor/mb/psu/gpu)

Try reinstalling the windows on the new M.2 and delete the windows files from the other one if you're gonna use both together

Your MB "MSI A320M-A- PRO MAX" can support up to 3200MHz of ram so it would be better if you change the new ones (3600MHZ) you got with 3200MHz ones (if possible) as there's always some stability issues and you're not getting any benefit from it either and also paying more
