I would personally go with the MSI. Even though the Gigabyte generally OCs better the MSI comes close and it runs much quieter to and unlike the G1 Gaming there is no coil whine. A tad cheaper too if I'm not mistaken.

Build looks fantastic but why 1000w? Even for SLI 850 would be enough. I would save a bit maybe get 16gb of memory makes more sense since you are going with the 4790k it plays towards its strength.

Hhkk you do realize that gigabyte has the LOWEST RMA rates of the big 4 (gigabyte Asus asrock MSI) and Asus actually has the second worst RMA rates?

SLI is for nvidia and is pretty much better in every way. SLI will run cooler and more efficiently and you will run into much less multi card problems generally.

That build is a great build except the PSU. The corsair CX power supply is a tier 3 power supply and isn't designed for performance builds. Choosing this is a mistake that lots of people make because it's a corsair and its nicely priced. Look into maybe getting a tier one or atleast a solid tier...
