I currently have adata 2rx8 pc3-10600 ddr3 ram with 667mhz. I bought and installed Kingston pc3-12800 ddr3 ram with1600mhz. The ram is detected in the BIOS but windows does not start up. Is this because of the difference in clock speeds?????? Please be quick
