Question Alternating 01 and 03 error codes ?

Mobo: Asus Maximus IX

Code going back and forth from 01 to 03. Black screens, I’ve tried reseating ram(replugging everything) (fixed my error 55, now this). I can a1 load bios. Everything should work, I switched cases and made sure to be careful.

We're flying blind here, when posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I think you need to breadboard your innards and see where that leads you...then once everything POST's into BIOS/OS GUI, you can drop the parts in the case. Inspect CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins, using ambient light...a flashlight tends to mask any bent pins.
