Question 1080ti not detected

I have a Gigabyte aorus 1080ti and when I start my pc, the lights are not on, the fans arent spinning, and the graphics card is not detected. I know the pcie slot is fine because I had a 1080 working fine it before. What else could be the issue? Is the card just fried and is there any way to know that for sure?

Can you try the card in another PC? If you don't have another one than ask some friend,there is no other way to be 100% sure. But if you are 100% sure that PCIe slot is working than there is something wrong with the GPU obviously.
It could also be the PSU problem but i doubt because than GTX 1080 wound't work and you said that it works.

the pcie is definitely working and I even swapped PSUs.

When is the last time you updated your BIOS?

I have never updated it. It is the latest BIOS version though. I also tried clearing CMOS and that didnt work either

It wouldn't hurt to check and see if the BIOS you have is, in fact, the most up to date.
