2500k problems.. i think

Hey guys! So, i just built myself a gaming rig. It has worked for the past 2 months and all of a sudden i cant boot it up. So i turn on the computer, everything is glowing and mooving but nothing will come up on the screen. My asrock extreme 4 gen3 reads 00 on the debug led which normally means everything is okay. I have tried switching everything and its not the GPU. So finally, i gave it to my friends who just ordered a CPU for his new computer, to borrow. The same thing is happening to him!!! Could it be the same problem and does that mean it is the Cpu??? also, during this neither of our mice glow (razer nagas). Please help!! Thanks!

Could be a power supply issue. If you have a spare, disconnect all the drives and try getting it to post with the spare ps. Also reseat the video card. I've had some pop out due to temp changes and slightly offset case slots that don't quite line up.

as him to test your cpu and ram/gpu in hs motherboard. as it sounds like your motherboard is the problem to me.

You may also try resetting the bios by removing the board battery with the ps unplugged. If you're overclocking anything, try the default settings for awhile.

I tried clearing the CMOS again, but still no fix, i also reseated the RAM and the video card. But what could cause it to happen to my friends computer as well? He is getting the same problem since i gave him my CPU (he has not had a CPU before that, new build)
