Question 3070 crashes on 65 degrees

I had a problem for long time and it's that games and apps crash on me randomly but just recently i discovered that games and apps crash when my gpu temperature reaches exactly 65° everytime it reaches this temperature apps and games crash and I'm on the latest gpu driver and BIOS update

System specs:
motherboard: ASUS PRIME B660-M D4
CPU: i5-12400
GPU: Palit gaming pro rtx3070
RAM: oloy warhawk (8×2) 3200mhz
PSU: 1stplayer PS-700AX DK PREMIUM

any solutions?

That's an unreliable and a poor quality PSU. This might the culprit. Please grab a high quality and a reliable PSU.
