Question 4090 and power cables

I recently built a new pc with tuf gaming 4090 oc edition and I cant close the case with that 1 to 4 pin psu connector. I'm looking to buy Corsair Premium 600W PCIe 5.0 / Gen 5 12VHPWR PSU Cable - Fits Type-4 PSUs via Dual 8-pin PCIe - 12+4pin to go into a evga supernova 1000w g+ psu. With only two connectors to the psu will this be fine?

Although cablemod has had major issues with the right angle adapters there simple cables seem to have no issue.

They make cable that will fit your evga power supply.

In many cases a cable from a corsair power supply will not plug into another brand of power supply. It is actually a good thing you hear people all the time using cable that fit but are wired different and it can destroy the power supply and equipment.

I would not even think to try the corsair cable you list unless you have found something that says it is 100% the same cable as your evga power supply.
