Around 70 to 75 degrees while gaming with a ryzen 5 2600 and a cooler master aircooler. I've heard amd have high temps but is this normal even with a air cooler?

Cooler master makes many coolers. Which model do you have?

With my freezer 34 my Ryzen 5 2600 runs around 55c under load with prime 95. The temps are usually under 50c in games.

5-10 years ago, yes. Not anymore. In fact a Ryzen 5 2600 will run cooler than many new Intel chips.

Its a MasterCooler ML204L RGB..

Those are completely normal temps while gaming. Under load, you can expect around 60-80 degrees from the cpu/gpu.
