[SOLVED] A320M-S2H build not booting to BIOS after first start

I just finished building my first pc. Specs are:
Gigabyte A320M-S2H Motherboard
Athlon 200GE
Crucial Ballistix 8GB RAM
EVGA 450BV Power Supply (Used, but looks to be in pretty good shape)
Rosewill FBM-06
(Using integrated graphics for now)

After building it, I hooked it up to my monitor and turned it on. That part was successful, however I got no display.. tried on my TV and still nothing. It dosen't want to boot to BIOS. Everything inside seems to work, however the motherboard speaker isn't beeping me any codes. One other thing to mention, the power supply didn't come with the original power supply cable, but I did find a replacement cable. What's going on? Someone please help!

Athlon 200 GE requires bios version F23 or newer, if bios version is older, it wont boot.
In this case u will need to update bios

So I need to download the newer update onto a flash drive?

u will need compatible cpu first to update your bios (ryzen 1xxx/A10), or some stores offer upgrading bios (paid service)
