Acer Aspire One notebook D250-1042~BIOS password fix

Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire One notebook that is locked up w/ Bios psswrd request. I am unable to locate a round CMOS battery !? Please help ..I've been unable to use this "lil'- darlin'" since it was gifted to me 2 yrs ago and I let it go into slumber -mode !

removing the battery will not remove the password, don't even bother. You will have to contact the manufacturer. We cannot help you remove passwords
