Acer extensa 5620z internal power regulator

Can anyone help ID this part. The wrong external power supply was fitted i.e. HP laptop supply, 18.5v instead of 19v.

Now the laptop will not see any power input and the system shuts down with "Battery critical low" or close to that; it beeps and shuts down again.

it sounds like the hp power supply was also the reverse polarity which would have blown the internal fuse to protect the system.
