That's what's commonly called a "Mickey Mouse" cord for obvious reasons but technically is an IEC 60320-1 coupler, made of type 5 female and type 6 male ends. The most available solution is to just use a 1' long cord instead of the 6' one you listed.

The only stubby outlet adapters plug directly into IEC sockets or into an IEC cable:

As most people no longer use AT power supplies, the most common IEC socket application today is an IEC power strip:
