Question Aerocool 80+ 800w PSU on budget build?

I bought a new aerocool rave 80+ 800w psu for my budget gaming build.

i3 9100f
gigabyte rx570 4gb gaming
asus ex-h310m v3
hyperx fury 8gb ddr4
1tb hdd seagate

I know it's not very good psu but will it be just enough for a ok psu for this build? My budget can only afford this psu.

Nope. That's not a very good power supply, in terms of quality and efficiency. It's a budget entry-level PSU model. The OEM for this unit is "Andyson", and this is just a basic 80 PLUS certified unit. I wouldn't advice you to use this PSU to power the RX GPU, even though it might work.

What's your budget, and where are you located/country ? Try to get some other high quality PSU, if possible. Power supplies are an imperative part of your system that should not be taken lightly. Throwing in a budget PSU could result in poor power efficiency or even a wrecked system.

Don't SKIMP on the PSU,, since this is the MOST important PC component. I can't stress this enough.

If you want your build to run and be protected , get a decent PSU , that's not one.

Agree. Protecting the whole system is far more important, rather than skimping on the PSU by buying a budget low-quality PSU, which might even wreck the whole system in the long run.
