When i start up my pc for the first time every game runs perfectly. but when i close a game (talking about rust now) it has this issue that when i try to start the game again steam says the game is already running. normally this wouldnt be a problem as i would just restart my pc. but lately and i am talking about a few months now it seems like as soon as i restart my pc rust keeps on crashing and won't load into any servers. i don't know if this is a software or a hardware based issue and i don't know how to fix it(since the facepunch support doesn't answer if their first method didn't work)
