Question All fans work except CPU fan

So I found out my CPU fan has stopped working so I replaced it and put everything together to find out the new fan won’t spin either but my computer starts and runs and my other fans run perfectly fine


decided to switch the plugins for my cpu fan and a system fan and the cpu fan ran but the system one didn’t so it was the outlet

What motherboard is it? And what fans are you using?

Msi bazooka and the cpu fan I just got is the artic one or whatever and the others are cooler masters

Is your CPU cooler's fan plugged in CPU_FAN header ?
