All my skills when from 1 to 2??

I just started building an Bowazon and I had 1 point in MA, FA, CA, MS, EA
and 1 each in IS, CS, SM. Then I when to look at what level I needed for Ice
Arrow, I notice all my skills were at 2. I'm at level 17 Act 2 and have 10
skills left. I don't know how many skill point I had, but did I lose these 8
skill points? What happened?

Check for bow skill item on your char. Amulet perhaps.

You are right Bob, the Eye of Etlich Amulet. I just found it and just put it
on without reading it.
