im not saying 'korean' is lieing - im simply saying posting some stupid pictures of CPU-Z and prime95 does not mean anything.

and im also saying that thumbing down my posts because im skeptical of your claims is very dumb on your part. i also have a feeling you are the same person manifesting yourself many times seeing as how NONE of the members here joined at the same time - only roughly 10 minutes apart from each other. no gaps, no nothing. as far as im concerned you are the biggest internet troll i have seen in years - and i have seen them all.

if this is true you can bet AMD would postpone the sale of these X3's CPU's till you can't change that Core count. Or maybe AMD wanted to do this so you can take a risk on the disabled CPU core.

after that happen..

lots's of people know what is heca cpu..

even thought who didn't know what is heca..

itsmynewid, you are a stupid idiot. It's really funny to see people who doesnt understand a LOT of stuff try to sound competent.

ACC doesnt have anything to do with the number of cores or etc. Its only purpose is to calibrate signals from CPU with other motherboard parts and chipset to allow a little better sync , which will probably lead to a little better overclock.

How do you expect us to believe you that it can enable another core???!!!???

These CPU's are with HARDWARE disabled core, not some bios gimmick. Even if it was SOMEHOW POSSIBLE (which it isn't) Why would you want to enable a non working core !?????!?!???!?!?!??!!??!?!

Stop this thread as its total bullcrap

someone who want any informations, this site:http://www.playwares.com/xe/?document_srl=2246121#54
for this transformation, you need a 790gx-sb750 motherboard(asus, jetway is not?), and 0904's heka 3cores processor(720 & 710).
however, some heka were able to transform into deneb(4cores), others werent.

not 0904...we don't have any definite information about it, because 0904 is almost in korea. 0849 is just only one(that failed).
