Question AMD RX 550 DRIVERS PROBLEM

Hello, After trying to solve this problem for year now in different websites, stores etc.. I came here in hope that you can help me, here is the problem. I can use Radeon Software Drivers till version 18.5 and higher. Recommended drivers for my gpu are Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.12.1 Optional (WHQL) which i can't obviously use because when i install them or any 19.x.x version when i try to turn on my PC or i restart it after instalation of drivers my pc just get like dead pixels on screen, something like when there is no signal on screen, will post up picture i got with my phone so u can see what is it about. I hope u help me because i really got nervous about this GPU, i changed whole PC setup motherboard CPU, RAM and it's still happening.
My PC Specifications are:
Processor: Ryzen 5 1600x
RAM: DDR4 2x8GB 2666MHz Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL16, HX426C16FB3/8
MOTHERBOARD: AB350M Pro4 R2.0
Windows 10 Pro Version 2004

Yes i tried many times fresh installing windows and didn't work
It's 15euros MS Industrial ms 500w, real power probably under 400
Could the problem be in my power supply ?

33Celsius while im not playing games, but when i play games it goes up to 80 celsius

- GPU TEMP while not in game.
And while i was in game program showed me on overlay that temperature is 80 Celsius and when i alt tab to check it was around 50 - 60 celsius

I bought today thermal paste and changed it, i got lower temp when in game it doesn't go more than 70 Celsius now while in game. and is there any way of changing fan curve since i cannot do it with this version of AMD Radeon Settings since it's 17.5.2 , and i cannot install newer because it will crash again

Ok i changed fan curves temperature is now better it goes below 70 and more then 60 while in game

nope, i fixed temperature by changing thermal paste and fan curve but i still have issue with new version drivers, as shown on picture it does same
