Just depends on the prices and features you want, definitely netgear has the most options to cover the spectrum of price vs features.
Of course you can alwys use a router that a cellular USB input, but be sure that it knows how to support & manage the type of mobile USB stick from you provider, not all of them place nice wih each other, especially for signal drops, etc. Many of the non-dedicated routers treat USB cellular connectivity as primarily fail-over for hardlines, so their dedicated mobile support can be iffy.
