[SOLVED] Are my I7-10700K Temperatures Good/Normal/Safe?

Around a month ago I built a gaming pc with an i7-10700K, The CPU cooler is "Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4". and I've read that the normal/safe temperatures for CPUs nowadays are: IDLE: 30-45 Degrees Celcius. Workload: 45-65 Degrees Celcius. Gaming: 75-80-85. I've been consistently monitoring my temps and I haven't gotten more than 75-80 Degrees Celcius so far. So I wanted to ask if those temps are safe/normal & what is the maximum temperature that this CPU should reach?!
Also sometimes there are spikes to 40-65 Degrees Celcius From 30-50 Degrees Celcius, they last a couple of seconds. and there are some spikes that last around 15-30 seconds. is that normal?

Tj = 100°C
all over 90°C is not recommended because it can shorten the life span of the CPU and the CPU could get near thermal throttling.

You are good.
Your temperatures are nominal.
The processor will monitor it's temperature and will throttle or shut down if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That point is around 100c.
