Question Are these parts all comparable, and do you have any suggested changes?

Will the parts I listed all be compatible? (I'll be taking storage and the PSU from my current PC) https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/3547238478/saved/ccgzf7
Also, should I go with the NH-D15 or the D15S? (it looks like the second fan of the D15 will block the fan of the 3080/3090)
It also says that the PSU I have is to long for the case, however I did research and I'm confused as to whether it will work or not as some sites say it wont work at all, and some say it will fit fine.

How did you get a hold of the 4900x? :) For your cooler, I'd ask you to go with an AIO, at the very least a 240mm AIO or a 360mm AIO at the best. How old is the PSU? Most likely you're going to have to get a higher wattage, reliably built PSU for the new GPU. Speaking of recycling, what were your prior specs?

I don’t like any type of water cooling as it seems prone to issues, whereas I have been running air cooling for 7 years in my pc with no issues. That’s why I chose the D15, since I did a lot of research and it seems to have similar performance to water cooling. My current system is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MTyywh
Are you sure the 750W I currently have won’t be enough, and which PSU do you recommend? (I will be doing moderate overclocking)

Questions:
What changes would you recommend to this build, and will the EVGA G2 750W fit in the case I chose? I don't want to buy an entirely new power supply because of the 5 mm difference, so I'm wondering if it would work.
Is it worth stepping up to the 3090? The PC will be used for a lot of tasks, such as programming, 3D modelling/rendering, 4K gaming on maximum settings (aiming for 100FPS+), stocks/cryptocurrency trading, watching movies/shows in 4K, etc.
Will the LG monitor I listed will look fine in a dark room? I did some research and I am confused as to whether its a good choice or not, and does it have a big difference from the 1440p version?
Is the NH-D15S a better choice than the regular D15? The regular D15 looks like it would block one of the fans of the 3080.
Thank you in advance.
