Question Asus B550-A broken ethernet port?

Hi i just bought an used PC with a B550-A motherboard, but it can't detect the ethernet cable. I tried all drivers for both windows 10 and 11, then i noticed something in the ethernet port but im not sure if its just some new ethernet port design or is it broken, can you help me determine that? Here is a picture:

Edit: Wanted to add that the Ethernet signal doesn't blink on the router when i connect the cable to the PC, but it does on my other pc

That is a damaged ethernet port. Is it possible to bend that wire and make it functional ? Maybe.
