Hello. I have an ASUS N53SV laptop that I've upgraded and maintained through the last few years and use it regularly. Currently rocking two SATA SSDs two, repasted with Arctic MX4 last summer. Currently typing on it. Good computer but the wireless is bad. The WiFi is tolerable actually but I can't connect my bluetooth headphones since maybe they're too new for the bluetooth in the wireless card. I want to upgrade the wireless card inside this thing if possible, how can I check for a whitelist besides having to spend money,put the card and then see it refuse to boot because of some whitelist? Couldn't find any information online. I'm not a native english speaker so thanks for excusing any errors.

These are the adapters that the laptop comes bundled with;
https://www.a-accessories.com/laptop/wi-fi/wifi-board//modele/n53sv
and they are a half height card.

You can look at the Intel AC-7260HMW;
https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-AC-7260HMW-PCI-express-867Mbps-BlueTooth/dp/B00VV46Z26
but make sure your laptop is on the latest BIOS version and you manually uninstall your current wireless adapter's drivers, then manually reinstall in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
