Question Asus Z170-AR DRAM lights up for a few seconds monitor(NO SIGNAL) NEED HELP

I recently upgraded my Processor from an I5-6600k to a I7-7700k and I also upgraded the cpu tower cooler. Everything is correctly connected andI have tried rebooting, cmos reset and almost every other reboot options I have looked up on this site and Google. Still nothing works, my PWR LED is green CPU LED lights up normally but my DRAM LED lights up red for a couple of seconds then turns off not even my VGA LED lights up. I even pressed on the DRAM LED button to reset it still nothing. None of my usb ports work(mouse and keyboard) even the ones connecting to the GPU slots for the display If anybody could help I would deeply appreciate it.

Here are my specs on my rig:

CPU before: I5-6600K
CPU now: I7-7700k
Motherboard: Asus Z170-AR
CPU cooler before: Cool Master Evo 212
CPU cooler after: Noctua NH-D15
GPU: GTX 1070 Founders Edition
Ram: 2 Hyperx Fury DDR4 8 gb
Power Supply: EVGA 500W Bronze

Did you update the BIOS prior to upgrading the CPU?

I actually did not is there a way to update BIOS even if my monitor doesnt get any signal? Not even my usb ports for my mouse and keyboard work.

You need a previously supported CPU in order to update the BIOS.
In other words you need your 6600k Installed to update BIOS.

Ok so I reinstalled my I5-6600k back and even tried breadboarding and I still have the same issues my bios won't even display
