Question Audio cracking and popping

Hey. My laptop has been having the worst audio for a while and its making crackling noises, popping noises and it's drags a lot and I try every solution I've seen on the web and it'll work for it until the next restart.
Lately I've noticed a thread of whenever the laptop is switch off abruptly maybe by me mistakenly dropping my phone on it or an update restarts the laptop etc, the audio fixes it self and it seems like the system sounds e.g the notification sounds are the only one with the bad audio and the sounds coming from an MP3 file or MP4 etc don't crack and it works perfect. I don't know how to really explain it cus I don't even understand what is going on with the laptop and would appreciate any help at all. Thanks

I was wondering if you already tried Turning Off Fast Startup to see if it fixes the problem?

Also, it would be good if you share the details as what troubleshooting steps you have tried thus far. This would help us provide you with a better solution.

Hi yes I've tried that, didnt work either.
I've tried troubleshooting the audio, I've done some system cleanup stuff, edited its registry, I've updated the driver fully, removed the sound enhancement, lowered the default format... I even reset the whole laptop and it worked until the next restart also.
