Also which one should I choose between APC ups 650va and APC ups 800va

Your PC will draw less then 300W so that the BV650I-MS should be fine, but you want to consider how much runtime you will need too. Keep in mind the 650AV will run shorter than the 800AV, if you just want to save the document during the electric blackout, etc, the 650AV should be fine.

If you want, you can use APC UPS selector or calculator to find which one you want.
