Question Awful Download Speed.

I just got my first gaming PC. It has a 3060 TI, Windows 10, Ryzen 5 5600G, 16GB of Ram. I have tried to download multiple games, on multiple applications, and the download speed is terrible, maxing out at around 9MBPS. Is there anything i can do to improve this?

3. What does a test with speedtest.net show?

1. I live with my parents so i don’t really know, but normally on my xbox series x i’d say i average around 60-70.

3. 65 ping, 0.68 download, 4.93 upload

1. Ignore what any game thing says, but you really need to know what you are supposed to be getting. And megabits is different than megaBytes,
2. WiFi is your main issue.

I’ll try and find out tomorrow😅. Any tips on how i could fix the issue? (sorry i’m asking such stupid questions, i’m really new to this)

You need to know what the issue is, if any, before you can "fix" anything.

The basic fix would be a good quality Cat5e cable from your PC direct to the router.
