[SOLVED] Best price point for GFX$200 neighborhood

Im looking for a 4k graphics card but really not sure what would pair best with the below ...
I dont knwo if there are any 4k cards at $200ish neighborhood? no? Not for gaming but it was requested so ....

Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming

-RX 590
-1660 Super: a little over $200, but some can be had under $250.

Unless you think the intel is paired better with the 1650 super or 1660 super ... ?
