Hello, please correct me if the thread is not in a good place!
A bit of a backstory 😀 first time in life I'm buying everything together. Until now it was always lik, get a GPU, then in two years buy CPU, upgrade RAM and then after 2, 3 years but GPUagain and so on. So pretty psyched, decided to build it from scratch.

Have one store, BC Group which I value and had a discussion with their worker. I had in mind some specifications, but wanted to check with him if there are better alternatives and more importantly, have him recommend a case and psu because I had no clue for those and he recommended me some.

I checked everything but the case, I believed him there 💀 When everything arrived, I started building it, put CPU, cooler and RAM and than I realized that mobo is ATX, and the case is for mATX and smaller. Mistakes happen, no ill will towards the BC group guy, but now I have to buy PSU and case for what I have. I'm in Serbia and I was thinking about 100e budget.

So the question is which PSU and case combo to get?
I would greatly appreciate the help!

Things I got:
GIGABYTE B760 DS3H rev. 1.x
INTEL Core i7-12700KF 12-Core 3.60GHz 5.00GHz Box
ENDORFY Spartan 5 MAX cooler
KINGSTON DIMM DDR5 32GB 2x16GB kit 5200MHz KF552C40BBK2-32 Fury Beast
GIGABYTE nVidia GeForce RTX 4060 WINDFORCE OC 8GB GV-N4060WF2OC-8GD
UGD Falcon AM19 PSU-650W G650 case

I can tell you off the bat, that €100 is too little for PSU alone. And to get PC case and PSU with €100 is impossible.
Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC. And you do not want to cheap out on PSU.
Still, i'll give your stores a look.

Prices in linked stores aren't in Euros, instead, they are in Serbian Dinars.
Since you said your budget is €100 Euros, i have to convert the currency. At current currency conversion rate: 100 Euro equals 11,699.20 Serbian Dinar.

And none of the stores are in English either. (I don't speak Serbian.) So, i need to do some black magic 🥷 to find the PSUs within your budget, if even possible.

Did look all three stores and searched for several different good PSU brands (like Seasonic, Corsair, Super Flower) and also lesser brands, that have few good PSUs to offer, when you know what to look (like Antec, FSP, XFX). As expected, good quality PSUs cost far more than what your budget is.

E.g good quality Seasonic Focus GX-750 costs 17.215 RSD, link: https://www.monitor.rs/napajanja/750W-Seasonic-GX-750
or mediocre quality Corsair RM650 costs 12.660 RSD, link: https://jakov.rs/kategorije/napajanja/proizvodi/napajanje-corsair-rm-serije-rm650-650w

Cheapest PSU that i'm comfortable suggesting for you, would be:
Seasonic B12 BC-550 that costs 7.905 RSD (due to being on sale), link: https://www.monitor.rs/napajanja/550W-Seasonic-B12-BC-550

While better option would be:
Seasonic Core GC-650 that costs 9.000 RSD (due to being on sale), link: https://www.monitor.rs/napajanja/650W-Seasonic-CORE-GC-650

Seasonic B12 BC is between mediocre and low quality PSU. Not the worst, but not the best either. Bare minimum i'd suggest. Also, it's capacity of 550W is cutting it close, since you have fancy RTX 4060 (with 115W TDP), which transient power spikes can spike to ~200W. Your CPU can consume up to 190W, IF you don't OC it. And with the rest of the system at ~100W as well, this pushes the max system power draw to ~490W, which is way too close to comfort for 550W PSU. With this, you can not overclock your CPU and GPU, since else-ways, you're risking to overload the PSU. And since PSU itself being mediocre/low quality, it will not fare well. When PSU blows up, it can fry your entire system as well.

Seasonic Core GC-650 is better PSU than B12 BC. It is higher quality, being mediocre quality and also has 100W extra capacity, at 650W. With this PSU, you, at least have some headroom wattage wise. Core GC also has longer warranty, 7 years, compared to B12 BC 5 years. So, it is more reliable PSU as well.

With all that being said, i strongly suggest that you get yourself Seasonic Core GC-650 and then collect some more money and buy new PC case at later date. Since at current moment, you do not have enough funds for both.
Also, choosing a PC case is personal choice and pick the PC case you like the most. Since at the end of the day, you need to look at that PC case every day, and not us.

To end my reply, i'll emphasis more: PSU the most important component inside the PC and ideally, you should be getting at least good quality PSU (like Seasonic Focus or Corsair RMx/RMi). Seasonic Core GC can work as well, but Seasonic B12 BC is bare minimum and will limit what you can do with your PC.
