Question Best slim GPU from AMD ?

Hello, im looking for "slim" GPUs for my server. Due to the risers in the Dell PowerEdge R740 I'm only able to use GPUs whose PCBs do not extend past the PCI cover at the back.

The currently installed GPUs are 3 x NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000. Im searching for AMD GPUs of the exact same form-factor of the Quadros, since those are pretty much the biggest thing that i can fit in there.
When googling on this topic literally only AI generated websites show up recommending 2-slot thick cards or cards that just aren't low profile? Hence i want to ask real people
