[SOLVED] binary domain 2012 for low end pc?

do you think binary domain (2012) game will run with 30 fps on lowest setting and 800x600 resolution on this specs?

Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz

RAM: Samsung DDR 4 GB (3.61 usable)

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics

64-bit Operating System

PSU: pentium 4 atx2.03

Motherboard: A68I-350 Deluxe R2.0 motherboard
?
i heard its a pretty low end optimized. is it true?
