Are you booted into windows?
If not try running the Win10 installer to the point where is asks where you want to install to and see if the drive is now listed; if it's there - exit. Bios typically wont see an nvme drive until it loads a driver for it.
My Bios is "AGESA ComboAM4 PI 1.0.0.3ABBA"If your BIOS has any type of compatibility support(like mine does) you would need to disable it before the ssd is detected, or do what popatim said:
The SSD Does not appear in Bios and also does not appear in windows partition. Are you booted into windows?
