Question Black Screen Problem

Why is my monitor black screen when my motherboard running, new PSU, a still functioning GPU(Old), and old CPU?

• I tried swapping monitor
• I tried checking any loose wires (weren't any)
• Any burnt smell or broken pieces (none but there was water leak from my old water cooler H55)
• GPU has it fan still running but it doesn't seem to have any display

It shouldvbe ram problem.clean ram thoroughly and also slot and then place it back in..
