Question Blackscreen after Bios update

Hi, i have an A320m pro-max, and when i tried to update the bios, it loaded to 100% and then the pc restared. The pc gets power, i can charge my phone when i connect the cable to the pc, but when i turn on the pc it gets blackscreen and nothing happens. The motherboard ports doesn't detect anything, my keyboard, mouse or usb. I tried to reset the CMOS in both ways (shorting the jumpers and take out that battery and put it back), but nothing works. I looked at the CPU'S pins and they were normal, nothing broke or something, but still the pc doesn't work. Sorry for my english i hope there's a solution

What cpu do you have?
What bios did you update to and what bios you had before?

I have a ryzen 3 1200. I had the default version of the bios 7c52v20 and i wanted to upgrade it to 7c52v21.
