Sorry if this question is the wrong category, I don't really know which one it fits into.
Quick disclaimer: This is not the first time I have had issues with a disk drive. (my previous HDD burnt out)
Current disk drive: WD Blue SA510 2.5 1000GB

So whenever I start up my PC, I always have issues lately. For example, sometimes it freezes on the login screen and if I don't literally unplug it or power it off, it legit bluescreens, each error message being different almost every time. Also, when it does successfully boot up, half the time it freezes and usually triggers the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bluescreen. If it does boot up I usually check the task manager to see what the f is going on, and it says there is 100% disk usage even though there is no apparent resource hog (The disk usage decreases after being on for some time). How can I fix this?

Here are all the stop codes I remember seeing:
  • KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (failed program: bowser.sys)
  • CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
  • SYSTEM_STORE_EXCEPTION
  • 0xc000021a
  • UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
