System specs:
Intel Core i59600K CPU
16GB 3200 Mhz DDR4 ram
Samsung 970 Evo NVMe ssd (boot)
Boot taking over 1-2 minutes and gets stuck on bios splash screen. Windows boot log (ntbtlog.txt) drivers not loading (Im not sure this is the issue, but it seems like a problem):
I have a feeling its got something to do with graphics but I'm pretty lost. I really don't want to do a clean install, any ideas?

- BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED -> dxgkernel.sys (shows up 5 times) (I've tried updating drivers to no avail)
