Build Advice Boot loop plz help

So i upgraded to a new motherboard and cpu and im stuck in this 30 second boot loop...
motherboard-asrock b450m pro 4
Cpu-ryzen 2700x

Ive tried resitting the cpu and adjusting the cpu fan already and when i feel the cpu after i try to boot its not even warm.

Does it post? Can you get into the BIOS? If so make sure that the default boot drive is selected.

You also need a GPU installed with Ryzen since it doesn't have integrated graphics.

I can't even get into bios and yes i know i have a 1050 ti

Are there any indicators such as a LED display or lights on your mobo? If not buy a mobo speaker, usually around 5 USD.

Another thing to try is 1 stick of RAM at a time in the A2 slot. What RAM are you using anyway with your system?

No I don’t have any led lights on my motherboard and I plan on buying a mobo speaker. And im using ripjaws 8x2
