Question Boot time became slow on SSD

Greetings, I have 480gb kingston ssd. Bought it about a half a year ago and since then it also became my boot device. After migrating Win10 from HDD to it, boot and loading times were 3x faster and was quiet happy with it until about last month or so. For some reason, boot time became very slow, actually the same speed as it is on some old HDD. Loading windows and getting to desktop takes about 50-60 seconds(before it was about 10-15 max) and when desktop does appear, not everything still loaded up so I have to wait for icons to appear and wait half a minute or more for everything to become responsive so that I can start using the PC. I think nothing is wrong with SSD cuz after everything loads up, copying files,starting up games, doing web browsing and similar things is very fast. For instance, Cyberpunk loading times are not longer than 5-10 sec. To lure out any possible problems with SSD or partition, I ran benchmark specific to the partition and read speed is 542mb/s while write speed is 456 mb/s. Googled what could be the problem but couldn't find anything useful, I disabled indexing just in case even thou sites say if you have ssd,that is not needed.

Well, if as you say SSD didn't slow down as witnessed by benchmark and everything else than only thing could be your Windows. New or more startup items, Malware or some bad/missing drivers. W10 has updates pretty often so in could be some late ur (partially) unsuccessful update.

C drive is about 70% full as you can see, while other partition is about 30%.
