Question Boot time too high, 55 seconds+ with M.2 NVMe SSD ?

So I am on a Dell Inspiron 3595 laptop and have been using it for a while. I upgraded it to an SSD and it was definitely better but recently I updated my bios. Everything succeeded and looked good until I powered it off and turned it back on the next day and the boot took around 1Min 10 sec (a complete boot from bios to windows user) .

The problem here was that the dell logo (Motherboard logo took longer than Windows) it took around 40 to 50 seconds for the dell logo to appear after which Windows booted up quickly because it's a SSD I guess. Everything works fine though, even health according to software of my SSD and hdd both are healthy and in a good condition.
I still don't understand why there is so much delay for dell logo to show up at boot time ?

Laptop specs:
AMD A9 r5
WD M.2 NVMe SSD
Toshiba 1Tb HDD
8GB Crucial RAM

Just to save some time I have tried disconnecting every usb ,disabling every startup app , I have tried using a different ram , and have also changed CMOS battery just in case , removing hdd to check if there's any change. (NONE OF THEM WORKED) [PREVIOUS BOOTS WERE LESS THEN 20 SECONDS (PROLLY AROUND 15)]

Did you re- configure bios after update????
First you should load bios defaults, usually f5, save and exit.
Then re enter bios and set time, memory,EUFI or legacy boot, fast boot etc...
Fast boot is on, there is not much to configure after updating the bios. Time and other things were automatically set after installation of Windows. I guess my system only supports uefi because there is no option to switch to legacy. I still don't understand why dell logo takes so long to boot up when everything seems to be okay in the bios tbh.

Mod Edit: I even tried downgrading the bios but it's still is the same.
