I am having an issue with my computer. When I first start the computer it will load windows, to the log in screen, it will then restart itself after a couple of minutes to bios. I then restart the computer then it will run normally. Not even sure where to start looking for this issue.

Spec:
Windows 10
asus rog strix Mobo
Geforce rtx 2080
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
32Gb Ram
250gb SSD (os installed here)
2TB HDD
Thermaltake 700W PSU

Solution
That related to the POST does not go well, something like the hardware compatibility, OS, or ocing is unstable, etc.

You may try to remove the 2TB HDD, use one RAM only. Clear the COMS by the jumper, after that boot the PC to see what happens.

If the PC will boot/run fine, shut down it, then connect the HDD, boot the PC again. If it runs fine, then add the RAM one by one back, and so-on. If the PC will reboot in any step, then you will know the hardware you added may have problem.
