I've been getting this BSOD for couple of months now and it started to bug me and I decided to reinstall windows 10, and after all of that, it still appears.

I started to look on internet for answers and sadly none of them worked, so now I had no choice but to ask questions on internet now.

Another thing that concerns me is that while i was installing windows, i get stuck at 66% then it gt BSOD Driver State Failure.

I don't see pci.sys crash often. I expect it could be chipset drivers.

I would run this page and see what it suggests - https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/au/en/.../330s-14ikb/downloads/automatic-driver-update

it should have newer Intel management engine interface drivers as yours are from Jan 2019i and latest are June 2019
Probably a few more, I didn't check all drivers as I need to click on details on every driver just to see the driver date. The website is faster than I would be.

One thing that might avoid errors during install is if you can avoid being online as then it won't try to grab updates during install process and only use win 10 default drivers.

If Win 10 is installed
can you go to c:/windows/minidump
copy the files from here to another folder
upload the copies from new folder to a file sharing website and show link here. I will ask a friend to convert dumps into a format I can read, and we see what really caused error as it wasn't ntoskrnl.

Thank you for replying!! (Sorry for my bad english ) What i meant is when i reinstalling Win 10, it gave my BSOD (Driver State Failure) when it was about 66%, but somehow miraculously installed, and after that , it still gave me the same BSOD after bootup, and 1 out of 4 attempts I was not getting the BSOD. Now whenever i got into the startup now, sometimes my mouse will freeze and then BSOD.
