looks pretty good.
i would change a few things.
right now asrock pretty much has the nicest boards for ryzen, unless your looking at Asus hero/maximus lvl.
i do recommend getting a x370, as they tend to be be better on the components and usually are better for cpu/ram "ocing".
no ram was in your list, added that. see if you can get 2x8gb (vs 2x4gb).
ssd is much better, for OS and software, later add another ssd/hdd for storage, or a faster nvme-ssd (samsung 960 evo) and use the crucial as storage/game install. for hdd go samsung/hitachi maybe toshiba as they have lower failure rates right now.
for the gpu i recommend a msi (any gaming) or maybe asus strix, as the gtx 1000 series is mainly limited by power/cooling and thus the msi/asus cards are usually the fastest cards.
i actually had three 1060s from asus/msi/gigabyte, and all boosted to about 2ghz, but only the gigabyte was audible and a bit warmer than the other 2.
i would get a G3 or maybe G2 from evga (psu) as they are better quality and single 12V rail (vs the NEX) and are some of the best psu's on the market.
i also changed the case, just so you can get an idea. normally im not a fan of windows, but the whole panel in acrylic/glass is pretty cool.
